How do we do that?
We will have in depth discussions with you about your career as an attorney and your career development thus far. We want to know where your strengths and weaknesses lie as a practicing attorney and about your significant accomplishments. We want to know what drives you, what type of personality you have, and what type of environment works best for you. From there, we will only present you with opportunities that align with your legal career goals and only those that are best suited to your education, experience and interests.
Our recruiters provide honest and direct feedback with regard to your "place-ability" (marketability) after a full, in-depth evaluation of your resume, transcript and a screening by a BPS legal recruiter. Feedback is also based upon a number of factors including the current state of the market in which you practice, your chosen practice area, and your expectations, education, background, and salary requirements vs. market value for someone in your position.

BPS provides attorneys with comprehensive information about the legal job opportunities for which they are recruiting. At BPS we believe it is our job to educate and to provide you with detailed and specific information about positions. We are your opportunity giver but you are ultimately the opportunity taker – it is your decision alone whether to pursue any given attorney opening. We will discuss with you billable hour requirements, salary ranges and benefits, bonus structures and partnership tracks.
